| Customer Reviews: Installed in my Nissan Maxima - Amazing Deal for the Buck June 8, 2010 Cool Stuff Review I had This unit installed in my Double Din Maxima. The factory system sounded half as good as this unit. When I purchased it I figured at $350 its a steal. All the brand name GPS Units I looked at ran around $750 - $2,000. I brought this unit to the installers and about an hour and a half later they got everything hooked up. There is another review that said this unit is too big and they had to cut the dash, I think their original radio was not a Double Din cause my unit fit perfect. This is definitely not Pioneer or Alpine but for the money its worth every penny and more. Overall: I am very satisfied, it plays DVD's while moving, this option alone is like $150 bucks if you try to get it on a Brand name DVD player. I have a 4gb SD card that I can add music to anytime so works like a hard drive too. I'm happy and definitely recommend this product.
i figured it would be DOA. I was suprised at what it is for the money. August 2, 2010 J. Rivera 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The photos and specs of this item leave you wanting. no model number to speak of on the item however it is a NAD3301 not that it matters.
Installed it into my 2000 Toyota Tundra link ---[...]
It does everything it says just not the way you would expect it to. its not false advertising its just not a pioneer or alpine. For the money it is the cheapest all-in-one. if you want it just for the navigation be prepared to put IGO 8 or polnav 6 on it. yes you can run them on win CE 5.2 (do a little research google is your friend)
Too big August 24, 2009 Nat (Memphis, TN) 6 out of 7 found this review helpful
This product is bigger than the average stereo so beware that you might have to do modifications to the front panel in order to get it to fit.(pay close attention to the dimensions the product gives, and measure the space you have on the front panel) Also the videos are a little blurry, and the face is not detachable, besides that I like it. The navigation system shows everything clearly and talks so you won't miss a turn. What I dont like is that when you have the gps and the music playing if you lower the volume both volumes decrease. I wish there was a diff vol. button for the gps. This products gets diffective after months of usage, even if it costs more get a name brand.
DONOT BUY March 15, 2010 James Jackson (OHIO) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I purchased this same item from a different seller. Item comes from china
its larger thae 2 din after I had o cut my dash board to install it discovered
that it did not work properly it had terrible feed back, navigation system did not
work at all, back up camera stopped working, radio stations were not clear. I paid
$200.00 to have this professionaly installed this was a huge waste of my money. take my advise by a name brand you recognize. Again I did not buy from this seller but system is the same.
